AGCC, having its own quality policy, strikes to execute industrial, commercial and civil engineering projects to the satisfaction of the customer in a professional manner. It’s being done by constantly upgrading the working methodologies to enhance quality strictly within the assigned time schedules.

AGCC is committed to provide consistently high quality construction which meet customer’s specified contractual requirements.

To achieve our targets we believe our Quality Management System (QMS) will ensure controlled work, compliance to standards, and appropriate communication across all levels, paving ways for better record keeping. The management commitment reinforces the same for continuous improvement through measurement and feedback processes which aim to improve customer satisfaction.

The QMS we have adopted is in accordance with ISO9001:2008 requirements including: an integrated Business Management Manual, procedures, flow mechanisms and work instructions. This formalized system allied with staff training, skills, competences and measurable objectives works at corporate, departmental and personal levels to ensure a high quality deliverable.

QUALITY OBJECTIVES

  • To deliver our clients the standards of quality specified in the contract within budget.
  • To create and maintain a culture of quality within the group.
  • To ensure that all our employees are trained in quality assurance and that this training is ongoing process at all levels.
  • To provide the resources necessary to achieve the required level of quality.
  • To ensure that quality control mechanisms are being sufficiently and effectively applied at all times and levels.
  • To provide documentary evidence of all quality control measures.
  • To ensure that all consultants, suppliers, sub-contractors and others who are involved in our projects meet the required quality standards.
  • To continually review, improve and implement quality control and best practice procedures as per internationally accepted standards.

AGCC is committed to provide a safe and healthy working environment for employees. The company understands that safety is the foremost for everyone involved directly or indirectly with projects implementation. We also believe that owners face a variety of risks that undertake a construction project. Not only must owner be concerned with potential risks to their employees, tenants, or property but they must also be concerned about the risks that the contractor bears. Safety is a critical item on all construction projects for multiple reasons includes protecting the welfare of employees; provide a safe work environment and controlling construction costs. AGCC believes the importance of safety as a cost controlling measure, means of reducing risks associated with construction. Safety can significantly impact the overall costs positively. We believe that a dedicated commitment and safety keeps ensure project success and can impact the bottom line considerably.

We also understand that by implementation of fully fledged safety rules and regulations, we have to face little upfront costs. These rules and regulations are mandatory by law, but to avoid high losses in shape of hard currencies caused by injuries, it is indispensible to implement various safety procedures like fall protection, confined space entry, placing of competent persons to control all such injuries may reduce overhead costs of insurances as well as hidden costs of accidents reduced and bring more liquid assets back to the company with ultimately more profits.

We significantly value the compensation safety record. We believe if our firm is more efficient in reducing risks, means more profitable, and has more on time completion of contracts, to add to good will of the company in the market.
It is also important to note that we as a team gets inspiration from world renowned safety intuitions like RIDDOR (Risk injuries dangerous disease occurrence regulation).

Health and Safety is a continuing objective and hence is an integral part of the business plan. We accept and recognize that safety is the responsibility of each and every individual in the company and not just the function of the management.

AGCC maintains that health and safety of the employees and general public as the paramount importance. No employee is expected to carry out any task which they reasonably feel is unsafe and safety will always take precedence over expediency.

AGCC provides necessary information, instruction and training to employees and others, temporary staff and sub-contractors to level their frequency of competence with respect to safety and health.

AGCC is having its own health and safety committee comprising of very experience safety leads (Managers). The committee on regular basis interacts with all level of employees with the aim of introducing the pro-active health and safety instructions in their intellect and inculcating the same for knowledge.

In pursuit of our goals, we implement the following principals:

  • We conduct our activities within the law and the requirements of the statutory.We are always striving to minimize the detrimental impacts of our projects on environment at large.
  • We encourage sub-contractors and suppliers to pursue best practices and to apply environmental friendly solutions.
  • Our related team meant for the job consistently sharing knowledge with our employees to make them abreast with up to date information for friendly working solutions in all respects.

    AGCC believes in safe environment i.e. pollution free conditions to lead to better life, healthy conditions and eventually expedient work. We as a team know the dangers, the deterioration of ozone layer and of overall greenhouse effect. Our slogan regarding all such issue is:
